Patchett and I are not besties at all and I find her writing very stiff BUT Meryl Streep is narrating the audiobook so IM HERE. If streep can’t make me finish an Ann patchett book then I will never pick up her books again.

@jen nearly to the halfway point and Meryl does in fact deliver. So far, it’s very enjoyable.
