this is probably going to be a three star read. i feel like sonora’s writing isn’t my fave? it can be very plain and lack finesse oftentimes. reading this makes me feel like i’m too old for it? while it covers a heavy topic, it reads very middle grade. not terrible but it’s very basic writing than i prefer
