This is a great book. Ought to be mandatory reading for all emerging leaders and managers in transition. Covers many topics that are taught in postgraduate management courses but presents it in a concise and simple way with frameworks and case studies. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Suitable reading not only for those in leadership, but for anyone in a team-based environment.
