Wow...this book has broken my heart several times now...it is so heart wrenching...I don't know if I'll continue as stories about rape and physical abuse aren't easy to read about.

My heart can't take so many dreadful events at once. Just when I think the worst is over, it gets worse. The fact that many of the events are based on real stories is what gets me.
I can't continue with this book right now. I don't when when I'll be ready for it again. I will finish it eventually. The writing is just amazing.
