I just finished the first chapter and started chapter two. The first chapter defines extroverts and introverts in an easy-to-read and understand way. The second chapter is outlining the way relationships between introverts, extroverts, or one of each might look. The purpose it to create a better understanding of self and others to improve communication. I like the format as it is upbeat and positive about both types.

I can't stick with this book. It's informative about introverts and extroverts, but it is not keeping my attention, so I am going to go to something else for a while.
