Elaine This one looks really good. I have a copy put aside at work which I'm hoping to buy soon. Some great female authors in it. Hope you enjoy it, Meagan.

Meagan Enjoying it so far! I like having some short stories for a change :)

Elaine I agree...there's some clever authors out there whose short stories are quite good. Glad you're liking it.

Meagan Do you work in a book shop Elaine? :)

Elaine Yes. I work at Dymocks, Meagan. The perfect job for a book lover!!!!

Meagan I am a bit jealous of you now! That would be the best job :) must be hard to control yourself being amongst all those lovely books?

Elaine It's the hardest part of my job Meagan, Ha,ha!! Not spending all my pay on books. I was really bad when I first started but now I'm able to control it. I'm lucky too as we often get uncorrected proofs and damaged books
for free.

That is fabulous! I live in a rural area, and unfortunately we don't have a decent bookshop here. I borrow a lot books (this book is from the library) and have been utilising the Borrow Box app too :)

Elaine That would be difficult not having a decent book shop but then again the library is great. I must say I mainly borrowed my books too before this job and even now I can't seem to stay away from the library, even though I have loads of unread books on my shelves at home. Is that being greedy??? Borrow box app? Is that for e-books?

Meagan I mean we have a Big W store with a small book section, and another shop that has books, just not a very large variety to choose from! I have always been a huge borrower of books (I always get too many!) , and I have lots of books of my own waiting to be read. I love the iBooks and Kindle apps too. BorrowBox is for borrowing ebooks and audiobooks.

Elaine I'm sure we readers will always find a way to source our books and our reading no matter what, Meagan. And to be honest Big W often have some great prices that we just can't match. It's only when you're looking for something not mainstream....like the book you're reading at the moment...that you may struggle. I'm just glad that there are still bookshops around for me to have this job, although it's sad that a lot of the smaller independent book shops have had to close down.

Meagan I agree with you there. Big W and even Target do have some very competitive prices, but if your looking for something a bit different, that is when you need to visit the larger outlets. I am not deprived of reading material in any way...I am just a bit greedy! :D
