How romantic - pages long "discussions" about where to live and where and whom to invite to the wedding and when to marry and when you just thought it had finished they remembered more to discuss. But at least they seem passionate about discussions.
I dont feel the romance at all. Which is sad bc I actually cried about Mr Asheland. Mr Darcy is written very bland.

Hmmm I was open to her falling for darcy but it falls short after Mr asheland tbh.
Why are all the compliments darcy can say "you're pretty" and "you're beautiful"?

Ok the love story between lizzie and Sir asheland makes me go like ... f Mr darcy. Keep asheland plssss

She doesn't feel like elisabeth much and I could explain it by knowing it's a younger version of her. But where is the ever present love to her sister Jane? I didn't read her name once. Not even an engagement triggered elisabeth to mention her once. Makes the story feel less emersive
