I want to get through this, but it's very badly dated; I'd love to get her opinion here and now in 2024, where underground CSAM rings are a real problem, dozens of women are dying from "consensual" rough sex every year, and widespread porn use is contributing to erectile dysfunction in young men. her tone is very dismissive, scoffing, grating. good discussions but aggravatingly one-sided.

the more things change, the more they stay the same. living thru a resurgence of this sort of morally pure censorship and reading a book from the 90s describing a similar pearl-clutching distaste for impure fantasy is a bit saddening
