I never knew that Greece fought for independence that’s cool. My brain didn’t retain much else except that they used the word debacle which was funny.

Book is pretty good though I’m not as big of a fan of the Byzantine days but it’s still good. Though it is very hard to keep track of the names but maybe that’s just my brain failing because it’s so late every night.

Brain hurt. But maybe it a good hurt

I’m now wondering if this book is Christian Bc they are talking about the Bible and apostles but they might not be Bc Christianity was a big part of Greece/Rome

Cool but the names can be so complicated to remember and pronounce

It’s like I’m nit reading a history book. I’m genuinely excited and wondering how a battle will end. And I never knew how much I like learning about Alexander the Great. I am exhausted right now but that did not stop me from having some fun reading about Alexander trying to conquer Persia!

More Greek history than I have ever known. It’s amazing. I love the way the chapters are set up with tiny breaks in between topics!

I always thought that the Trojan war was real but i guess no one knows. Interesting.

It’s good but definitely not from a Christian view and it a lot of information but I’m learning a bunch of stuff I didn’t know
