Charles Dickens needed someone to tell him to his face to cut the crap. This literally could have been 400 pages less, I'm not even towards the end and I still got 11 hours to listen and I'm doing it in 1,80x speed 😒😒🤦🏻♀️ I'm exhausted. Plus, this is quite similar to Far from madding crowd 😣

882 pages. In Victorian England readers were paid an amount of shillings per pages, thus Dickens was no fool and wrote (too) long novels because he wanted the money, the cash 💸. Now, you may wonder why am I doing this to myself, 882 pages of David Copperfield, also known as one of the saddest novels of all the times. Well, I have the biggest fomo with Demon Copperhead. I am a slave for marketing, sue me.
