Nick Rippington > Status Update

I normally love Nesbo's books but I'm into about page 120 and I haven't even SEEN Harry Hole yet! I know he will turn up because it says so on the cover but finding it hard to maintain interest after a promising opening. Shouldn't we find Harry slumped over a drink somewhere just to tell us he's still around?
