Maybe it’s because I’m listening to the audiobook. But the narrator is giving a terrible performance and it feels like the book is trying too hard to be quirky and funny. There’s bits that have kept my interest but all in all. I’m not finishing this. Might pick up a physical copy at some point and see if my inner narrator does a better job.
