On the arrival of Brambleby, I've finally settled into this book. He gives our main character enough bantering that I really enjoy. And the story feels like it's going somewhere now, but it's still slow paced.

It's a slow start for me and a little hard to connect with the main character. Hopefully it picks some momentum soon!
