So far, every character in this book is a stereotype. And in the case of the female characters and the Jewish characters, they're offensive stereotypes. I'm not convinced yet that the author is doing this intentionally to make some sort of "point," or if he's just okay with writing a really problematic book. I'm not giving up yet, but I'm also pretty disgusted.
