This book. Wow-sers. It's providing answers to a lot of questions I've had about how so called Christians can sit quietly by and support people whose actions are clearly antithetical to their beliefs. The distinctions between Christians and evangelicals along with the historical context of the exploitation of religion for personal gain are A1. I read half the book on one sitting and I'm only stopping due to work.
