Fast paced, engaging. How Holly Knight escaped abusive mother in a wealthy & privileged household, ran away w drummer boyfriend to pursue rock music. She was homeless at one point. Her family took pity on her when she returned to NYC & gave her a place to live. Then she frequented underground clubs & met fellow musicians.
