Not even halfway through the book yet, I am interested in this and I think that every woman- that's including teenage girls, young adults to even adults who are thinking of going on the pill should read this before going on it and it will change your mind. I believe that men- including teenage boys and fathers should read this too to have an understanding why the pill is so damaging and the side effects too.

I just cannot understand how anyone wants to be on this, it's sickening that the doctors just throw this out to every teenage girl, and having them on it till they're in their 20s. It's so sad that's what the girls think they have to do to be considered as "cool" or think it's "normal" to do when it clearly isn't. Learn your cycle and use your natural hormones to regulate. If it's an issue, go and sort it out.
