Not gonna lie, this has been a bit of a struggle to get through so far. The plot is good, the characters are interesting, but the writing style is so different than I'm used to. I had to reread the first 50 pages or so once I got further in, just to complete the frame of reference to understand. Sticking with it though because 1) I'm stubborn, and 2) I do believe this will be worth it.
