First book by this author, I'm really trying to get through it because I want to read Jax and it seemed I had to read this one first. This book seems to have a lot of missing pieces and character development. On one page "they havent known each other that long" then five or so pages later "she knows him so well" Then, doesn't he adopt 2 dogs early on? The rest of the book (so far) only mentions one.
