i loved this book until this moment, even though i knew it was coming.
max did not lie to her and does not owe her his heritage after officially becoming her boyfriend like 2 days ago.
he deserves better than her because she is reacting exactly like he thought she would. he has trauma behind his decision and he should be allowed to reveal that in his own time, and she is disrespecting his choices by acting this way.
