Super easy reading. This book would have been mind-blowing if I had read it 2 years ago. Honestly it makes me a little sad seeing how little progress we’ve made since 2012, but I’d be lying if I said we’ve made no progress, and some of it substantial.

Pretty strong introduction so far. But nothing I haven’t read before. I do love the thorough use of peer-reviewed studies, though!
