Okay, seems like we've gotten past the sloggy part, and things are tightening up to the normal pace again. Good.

Annoyed. There are too many issues with this volume. The amount of perspectives, and the lack of things setting them apart from the other ones, being one of them. Partly an issue of the audiobook, the lack of range between the different voices. But the author also seems to have taken on more than she can successfully juggle by now. I hope the final book steps up to the standard of the first five books.

Okay, this book is considerably weaker than the previous five. Quite a steep drop since the fifth book was an easy 5 stars, and this one will probably end up with 3. It just feels so disjointed and directionless. What happened?

So... Action scenes are the weakest part about this series. Unfortunately, most of this sixth book seems to consist of those. And we're spending time so much time with the most uninteresting side characters, instead of the beloved main characters. WHY?

Book 5 was easily the best of the series so far, so it sucks that book six doesn't hold up to that standard (yet?).

Eh, not a fan of the voice acting in this part. Unfortunately "the big bad" and their lackeys sound... Ridiculous. Hope it doesn't drag down the enjoyment of the book as a whole.
