As a Gaijin who grew up in post WWII Japan, I can understand how Jonathan feels. Though my time in Japan was much more pleasant than Jonathan's was. This story is great and I am really enjoying it.

This is a very interesting book about a young boy whose father is killed by a Palestinian terrorist and then his mom dies later on as a result of injuries sustained in the bombing. He ends up with his grandfather in Japan. So far so good
