What a treat this book is; it's fascinating to learn about the Buddhist culture and lifestyle, and how they are forced to change and adapt because they fled to India, then Switzerland. If I didn't have a job and children I wouldn't have put this book down until I finished. This book is a gift, in more ways than one!

It is not a book easily forgotten once put down; you don't simply return to your normal life, the ideals of the Buddhists inspire thought and (hopefully) change."
