*spoiler* Okay so the main character has amnesia. Yet, her fucking husband is constantly asking her if she remembers shit. Like you remember this guy? You remember this bar? Like why the fuck would he repeatedly ask her questions like that when he knows she can't remember anything?! So annoying!!

So far, it's eh. There are two lines I've come across that have made me laugh out loud though. The first one being Bix telling Katie he thought she was a bit of a pig lol. The second was when Bix was mocking Josh and saying "no it's the real bogeyman". Those two moments have been the highlight of the book honestly.

There are a lot of details that I feel are extremely unnecessary. There was a full paragraph on why the detective was eating salad and how good the salad was. I also don't really care to hear about her marriage when it really doesn't seem to be important to the actual story.
