I read somewhere that this is a combination of "War & Peace" and LOTR and as I near the end(?) of "The Wreath", I can see that; even as it deals with much more sensitive topics than LOTR (for instance) so far, at least, it hasn't been "frying my brain" in the same way as 'War & Peace", though. What does that all mean" I'm not sure, but it's interesting to me.
