I'm not hating, and I don't mean to kink shame at all, but coming from the books that cover how cults use brainwashing techniques to manipulate and the ethics involved in clinical hypnosis (to be certified you need a masters degree) this is dangerous. This author has no certification, just years of practice in the kink community.
