Everyone can be depressed.
But, there are some people who are tend to have it:
- Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)
- High achiever
- Intelligent buddy
We have to understand that not every HSP is an introvert. Extroverts can be part of HSP, too.

Biology factors—genetics, neurotransmitters, brain structures, gut microbes—considered as the reasons behind depression. Yet, it's a complex disorders. Discarding one factor isn't enough to get away from depression.
We better mantain as many healthy lifestyle as we could; such as eat healthy foods, work out regularly, and have enough sleep.
