It's truly unfortunate because I think the premise is really interesting. I think I got fed up that I fast forwarded to the ending (which I can't remember what it was now). LOL! Sorry for not sounding encouraging. :(
Btw, I listened to Lord of the Fading Lands on audio and I enjoyed it a lot. It took me longer to finish though, but I'm definitely looking forward to the next one. :)

Like the magic is out when reading, singing, humming, and chanting...etc. Oh well, maybe I just didn't get it. lol
Oh, I love C.L. Wilson books! Tairen Soul is a looong series, but I really like it! ps: I remember rooting for a particular couple like...crazy;)

I am not even half way through the book. The story just hasn't grabbed my full attention. I think this could be me problem not the book:/
