I bought this as an audio book back when I lived at Witta. I kept falling asleep 🤣 but that’s because he’s a hypnotherapists and I had listened to so many of his hypnosis sessions my mind immediately wound down…

However I’m back at 80% now finally catching up on the hypnosis tracks- which to me are the entire point of getting this book.
