2nd Short Story: Sixers
War has begun and a mother is just trying to get to her son across the other side of the city. It’s been ages since they’ve seen each other after the accident. In this world everyone has a sixth sense, some stronger more than others. On the way she meets a trio of boys with a rat faced man who seem to have their own interests in mind as the boys are left with Grandma to cross checkpoints.

1st short story: The Tiger and the Waif. What if artificial intelligence were built in a toy, in this case in the form a cute kitten? The lil’ guy boots up in the after years of abandonment, in a state of neglect. Their top priority? The safety & survival of a little girl they meet in the aftermath of a natural catastrophe. This science fiction entry was super cute and the accompanying artwork is pretty damn cool!
