Good, solid training book, sprinkled with interesting case studies. I don't agree with everything he presents (no dogs on furniture? Only three toys?) and I wish he didn't use the phrase "a good rip" on every other page (is that a Canadian thing??) but overall I enjoyed the book and learned a thing or two.
