Girl With All The Gifts is a novel that feels like if an X-Men writer wrote The Last of Us. Which isn't surprising, when you realize the author wrote one of the best X-Men runs around, and the book is about zombies. I'd love to see a Joss Whedon adaptation, which isn't out of the realm of possibility considering his praise of the novel.
