It’s got a lot of problems. It talks like everyone can do these practices. A lot of them are closed but she doesn’t make that obvious. Not to mention she never gives the reasons why you use some of the materials in the work. A lot of it is just snippets of her life and then a spell. It’s mostly just recipes using a lot of species of plants that are closed or being over harvested. She uses endangered plants.
