I just finished Murder on the Iditarod Trail (Alaska Mysteries) and gave it 3 stars. A solid, if not spectacular mystery; its greatest appeal, beyond simple but effective prose, is its depiction of the Alaskan wilderness, as the sled teams fight through snow, wind - and more human dangers.
