This book is so sad. Written beautifully but so many young people tragedies in one family. My heart breaks after each part. It’s hard to keep going. Life is hard as it is. Watching my characters suffer their lives is difficult too.

It is getting better now that the characters are interacting. There is still a ton of unnecessary information, I feel. My hands get tired from holding this huge book. An abridged version would definitely be nice.
