I'm not reading the first few chapters of the other book. This one was more than enough. I do like how it wrapped up with her mom and dads involvement in the mob, it made sense and fit the happy ending to romance. Too bad the actual book didn't feel too much like a romance

Can't stop thinking about lovemaking as he calls it long enough to concentrate on dealing with the police and Alicia's case. Great Jake you're one heck of a guy

I find myself gagging whenever Jake describes Alicia. Just something about it I find gross

Ok the sex scene that was thrown in was actually hilarious so not too bad. Plot seems ok enough to carry out through the end

There's been a good amount of actual plot that makes the story interesting. Hopefully I won't regret starting to like the actual story

It's hilariously amusing that she doesn't want a kid out of wedlock. Mostly cause she fucked Jake who she didn't even know and without protection but I guess it's passable cause they're dream mates

Can we focus on her being a newly turned werewolf and have her actually deal with that and not immediately go to her breasts being groped in their "romantic" reunion now that they have alone time?

And we're going downhill again

So plot's moving forward in the sense of her troubles coming to a peak and him going to rescue her. I get they're mates and have had sex so physical attraction but it doesn't feel romantic to me. It literally feels like they saw each other thought they were hot and that's it. Even small moments that are meant to be sweet or could be sweet just turn to and you looked so sexy doing it, let's go have sex

Nice she killed a dude and is getting better at controlling her shifting between wolf and human
I'm just clinging onto any plot that could redeem this book
