Perhaps due to heathcliffs pride and familial relation to Linton the boy won’t have too much of a hard time, but I do worry for how Joseph and hareton will treat him. Hareton, Cathy, and Lintons relationship is so fun to read but now here we go again with the dread. And Edgar is honestly a great father to Cathy!

Heathcliff has returned! It was nice to see Edgar and Catherine’s “honeymoon stage” but the man is back and already stirring up some trouble. ALSO ISABELLA(girl I know everyone is against your decision and that’s an overwhelming amount) you’re better off with someone else. That whole argument was juicy tho and excruciatingly delectable.

Everyone is chaotic (I’m not complaining)


ALSO HINDLEY WENT OFF A LITTLE TOO MUCH🤠

Technically, I’m on page four but I’ve spent the past 40+ pages reading the preface and introduction. It was very intellectual and analytical but now I’m just ready to get into this story. However, I’m nervous because I’m new to this writing style and I’m just jumping straight into it😭
