That's not it at all, but I am seriously close to posting the whole scene because many people (at least 4 other people) see it how I wrote it and not how you say it. Context means everything. We are just making sure people don't get the wrong idea about the story. That's all. I didn't mean to attack your feelings or anything like that. Of course you are entitled to your own opinion, but these others have not read the book like you, me and others have.

This isn't directed at you Rachel lol but yeah I think you should post the scene so people can just decide for themselves. I'm not trying to argue the details whether it's a handjob or not I just wrote that I didn't like that little detail but now it's turned into a "book bash" or whatever

Actually my status update wasn't blown out of proportion. Everyone else who commented blew it up and made it a bigger deal than even I had intended it to be. Everyone is just so offended I dared to say something bothered me.

I love your reviews hunny. I've got hardly anytime to read and I'd rather avoid books that have even the slightest thing that will annoy me. Do I maybe miss out on good books because maybe the way the reviewer seen it would be different to how I see it? Probably. But I don't care, I'd rather be safe than sorry. There's enough books in the world that I can skip books I think I won't like.

It's YOUR goodreads! You can use it however the hell you want. I think the attention seekers are the ones who comment on reviews and statuses. Don't they have better things to do with their time? They are the ones looking for drama, not you for putting a status up saying what you thought about a book ON YOUR GOODREADS.

I have a nope shelf because before I had one I would get halfway into a book and then remember that I was avoiding it for a reason. I don't want to forget anymore so I have a nope shelf. I also have loads of books I haven't read and have opinions on them. Because I can.

This all makes me glad I've barely been on GR.
