Just a thought, nothing has been said about what happened to Mav's sperm donor aside from he was a jerk when he slept with Cass. Did she ever tell him she was pregnant? How exactly did they leave things after they slept together or when she left Paris or is they've communicated in the last 7 years? Kind of weird.
