Really interesting reading this alongside The Postcard, a historical novel surrounding the build up to the Holocaust. Same tactics used in each situation, with the same horrifying results, for individually, systems, and culture. Brilliantly laid out, and more academic than I am used to reading, so I am going at a very slow pace to learn and savor
