This is a great book! I am learning and reading about a lot of different approaches, like Dharma and AA. This book just includes a lot of things that the 12 steps of AA miss that are also important and provide an alternative approach. Not to say that I don’t agree with the other approaches, but I am just learning and reading about it all!
