im actually a little taken aback by this book, obviously it’s a literary classic for a reason but i’ve read the first volume before and thought it quite boring at the time (i am Victor Frankenstein’s no1 hater) but the creature’s story in volume two is just so beautiful and heartbreaking (i knew i’d fw him) that i might consider it to be more than just a course book

I was meant to finish this today around 8 but I fell asleep for two hours 😭😭 I’m never going to be able to finish it before my seminar tomorrow 😭
