Today is La Pieta.

Teresa of Avila is today’s saint. She is a woman of many contradictions. Interesting too was the time of her life. She is a woman who lived during the era of Reformation and the Counter Reformation of The Council of Trent.

This week featured a few of my favorite saints. Saints Patrick, Martine de Pores, Teresa of Calcutta were all examples for us this week to live the Gospel.

Yesterday’s saint is St. Damian of Molokai.
