Day 15 of Empath Empowerment in 30 Days, "Say Whatever," has so much powerful information in it.
It's funny, the chapters are short..... this one's just six pages... but it has several important concepts and three different bits of homework. A lot of goodness in here.
"Throat Unclogger Sentences" seem deceptively powerful to me.
Rose uses (mostly) everyday language to talk about very deep things.

Today I completed Day 28 of Rose Rosetree's Empath Empowerment in 30 Days. This is the pivotal chapter, where you learn your first technique for Skilled Empath Merge; the technique is called Magic Picture. I chose Senator Amy Klobuchar for my Skilled Empath Merge. It was incredible, beautiful!! Senator Klobuchar is an Age of Awakening Enlightenment, which helps. :)

Reading the most recent chapter on Greed was so ridiculously helpful! Using the Seven Lively Greed Reducers - one at a time, to not be greedy! - immediately made me so happy.

I just completed Day 16. Throat Unclogger Sentences are extremely, extremely helpful!
Appreciating more that this system is taught by an Enlightenment Teacher and Consciousness Engineer, and what a difference that makes.
