Ah. I've reached an interesting point in the story where Wyatt has this euphoria during an epiphany that one could easily argue is the moment where Stockholm syndrome kicks in as a self-defense mechanism. However, given the fantastical elements up to this point, I think it's more of a stretch to try and overlay a real psychological disorder over the metaphysical explanation provided by the author/characters.
