Why is almost every man/boy in this book the absolute worst? Major seems like the only normal one which is just making me question if he's going to something messy next.

One of the fairytale retellings was a bit of foreshadowing for that plot twist. It's honestly kind of predictable and cliché and it makes sense considering the context of this family dynamic (and the fact that the entire plot is every family member having secrets). I'm waiting to be shocked by something in this book...please.

The plot twist of We Were Liars sent me into an absolute rage, so I don't know what I'm expecting from this.
