This chick Lorelei is getting on my nerves. Or maybe it's the whole damned boom that's irritating. First Whit walks in at the beginning and he's all Mr. Intensity; Proclaiming instant love. Then we have "something" that happens that has yet to be explained because Lorelei keeps running away like some brainless teenager. I swear, if I read this whole book before anything actually happens, I may just lose my shit.
