So far the story is not going the way I expected. And not in a good way. We are bouncing around between the 3 sisters, all of which have issues. And so far I have no idea who the "hero" is supposed to be. I expected it to be the cop investigating the father's death, but we haven't gotten his POV yet. Instead, we have his nephew's 🤷♀️ The issues Denise has are hard to read. Unsure if I care to continue.

We have gotten additional POVs of the cop and the ex-husband now, so I'm wondering if either or perhaps both will be our leads? Denise's POV continues to be hard to read. She is deeply messed up. The only POVs I have enjoyed are Dinah's (the writer) and the 2 male leads. I'm curious to see where this will go, still nothing like I expected so far.
