Gorgeous prose. Stephen Graham Jones recommended this book to me while I was in the UCR Palm Desert MFA Program while I worked on TEN SLEEP, a novella set in Wyoming. Now that I'm expanding the story into a full-blown novel for Erewhon Books, I came to this, and see why Stephen recommended it. The prose is gorgeous and illuminating regarding the flora and fauna of Wyoming, not to mention the dialogue, etc.
